Position Summary:

The Dream Corps is looking for a Digital Organizer that will help grow our digital engagement program for all of our initiatives. This is a fast-paced, self-driven position that requires a blend of great interpersonal skills, creativity & flexibility, familiarity working with various tech platforms, and a willingness to complete different tasks every day. This role includes responsibilities such as cultivating relationships with volunteers, creating website pages and emails for campaigns, tracking metrics, and managing data. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who is self-motivated, always learning and enjoys fast moving, collaborative environments.


  • Work with Director of Digital Engagement to implement our digital organizing strategy

  • Learn, maintain & continuously improve processes and systems for engaging and managing campaign tools and data

  • Help the team think through engagement strategies and tactics for events and campaigns

  • Help ensure a positive experience for members, leaders, and volunteers

  • Organize and co/host conference calls

  • Manage members in our database (NationBuilder)

  • Update and create web pages on a regular basis (NationBuilder)

  • Segment lists and build email campaigns (NationBuilder)
  • Create materials and toolkits for campaigns
  • Create reports and interpret analytics to improve systems

  • Request website features and updates

  • Run Q/A on new campaigns
  • Report and troubleshoot bugs

  • Coordinate with our Distributed Organizing team

  • Work with Graphic Designer/Developer on campaigns

  • Work with Social Media Manager on campaigns

Minimum Requirements

  • Alignment with our core values and commitment to the vision of the Dream Corps

  • A demonstrated commitment to racial, environmental, and economic justice

  • 1+ years of formal organizing experience

  • Commitment to learning new organizing technology and strategy

  • Clear, honest and consistent communication

  • Experience facilitating conference calls & making calls to volunteers

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Ability to think positively, problem solve and adapt to a changing landscape 
  • Big heart, high emotional intelligence, adaptive
  • Committed to personal and professional development of self and team members.

  • Experience using NationBuilder for website management is a PLUS

  • Experience with Maestro Conference or other conference call platforms a PLUS

  • Experience doing peer-to-peer texting using Relay is a PLUS

  • Experience using Slack as a communication tool is a PLUS

  • Experience with video editing or graphic design is a PUS
  • Spanish language fluency is a PLUS

  • Occasional travel may be needed.


Salary range between 45-50k a year, commensurate with experience. Health and retirement benefits are provided, as well as paid vacation, holidays and sick days.
