Dream Corps

Zoe Rivka Panagopoulos

Digital Consultant

Zoe started out on the #cut50 team at Dream Corps, executing an engagement strategy with a people-powered approach to criminal justice reform, and since then, has worn many different hats at Dream Corps. Now, she serves the entire organization as a Digital Consultant managing Dream Corps’ web presence.
Through the thoughtful use of technology, her work empowers directly impacted populations to change the very systems that have caused them harm. She leverages digital platforms to uplift the voices of directly impacted advocates and cultivate empathy for formerly and currently incarcerated people, those at risk of incarceration, and the loved ones that prison leaves behind. She has a history of commitment to advancing democracy through mobilization, and comes to Dream Corps from Brigade (now Countable), a civic-tech startup that leveraged technology to hold politicians accountable.
Outside of Dream Corps, Zoe serves as the Lead Product Manager for casavolunteertracking.org, a web application that helps CASA organizations across the U.S. better manage volunteers serving youth in the foster care system.
Previously, Zoe utilized her digital mobilizing and storytelling skills to help prevent deportations and executions while at Change.org. She is a graduate of the Riggio Honors Program for Writing & Democracy at The New School, in New York.
