As Senior Digital Manger for #cut50, Zoe executes an engagement strategy with a people-powered approach to criminal justice reform. Through the thoughtful use of technology, her work empowers directly impacted populations to change the very systems that have caused them harm. She leverages digital platforms to uplift the voices of directly impacted advocates and cultivate empathy for formerly and currently incarcerated people, those at risk of incarceration, and the loved ones that prison leaves behind. She has a history of commitment to advancing democracy through mobilization, and comes to #cut50 from Brigade, a civic-tech startup that leveraged technology to hold politicians accountable. Previously, Zoe utilized her digital mobilizing and storytelling skills to help prevent deportations and executions while at Change.org. She is a graduate of the Riggio Honors Program for Writing & Democracy at The New School, in New York.
