Nicole is passionate about the intersection between environmental, racial, and economic justice and the role that both policy advocacy and organizing can play in addressing systemic inequality. As a Campaign Manager with Green For All, she focuses on the team’s clean transportation work, which aims to bring safe, accessible, and more low-carbon and zero-emission transportation and mobility options to underserved neighborhoods.
Before coming to Green For All, Nicole was a Community Advocate on the Voting Rights team at Asian Americans Advancing Justice-Asian Law Caucus in San Francisco where she worked to ensure that immigrant, low-income, and limited English proficient (LEP) voters across California have the knowledge and resources they need to fully access the ballot. She staffed multiple voting rights bills, coordinated ALC’s extensive poll monitoring program, and worked directly with community based organizations and community members to conduct outreach, education, and advocacy around districting and new election systems.
Nicole grew up in San Francisco and is currently based out of Oakland. She comes from a food justice and sustainability background and enjoys connecting with others through food, story, and song.
