As Change.org’s Director of External Affairs Noland managed the company’s outreach to strategic communities and influencers, including high profile brands and public figures. His team had a particular focus on companies, organizations and elected officials being petitioned by Change.org users. They promoted and developed our new Change.org for Decision Makers feature, which allows those being petitioned to respond.
Noland came to Change.org as the founding member of the Strategic Communications team, leading the development of the company’s global brand strategy, core identity, and messaging architecture. He spent his first year guiding the company through an extensive process of shifting its brand positioning and clarifying its core identity.
